Software Engineer - Customer Experience Engineering

Job Description

Implement and support well-scoped software features across Java and Python services hosted in Kubernetes and Snowpark Container Services, contributing throughout the software lifecycle from design and testing to deployment and support. Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teammates to build intelligent data applications that help customers diagnose issues and reduce friction in using Snowflake.

Requirements: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, management information systems, or an equivalent discipline is requested; internship or professional experience is a plus. Candidates should have working knowledge of application and API design, proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, Scala, or Go, familiarity with engineering best practices, and the ability to write maintainable code, debug issues, communicate effectively, and learn collaboratively.
