Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design and develop precision mechanical assemblies, components, and enclosures for semiconductor and display equipment, supporting products from concept and prototyping through validation and manufacturing release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, improve reliability and manufacturability, resolve production and testing issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and 8 or more years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor or capital equipment. Candidates should have advanced CAD and PDM proficiency, expertise in thermal management, materials science, precision machining, and structural analysis, and experience taking high-tech products from concept to production.
