Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Forecast industry trends and identify technologies to shape product roadmaps, then lead engineering from research and prototyping through validation, development, and launch. Lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and present technical findings and business cases to executives and customers.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with a master's degree preferred, along with 10 or more years of relevant industrial machine design or product development experience. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and 3D CAD skills, experience with finite element analysis, and the communication, leadership, and project management abilities to guide technical teams.
