Principal / Sr. Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Collaborate with software designers and engineers to plan, design, develop, and use CI/CD pipelines and software systems throughout the software development lifecycle. Deliver software independently and as part of an Agile team, solve complex problems, demonstrate progress to customers, and work with support teams to resolve issues and improve standards and efficiency.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field and at least 5 years of experience are required for the Principal level; the Senior Principal level requires 8 years, with lower experience thresholds for candidates with a master's degree. Candidates must hold an active U.S. DoD Secret clearance and demonstrate software development experience with object-oriented languages, version control, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud services, Linux, and Agile processes, as well as the ability to work on-site in Huntsville and travel.
