Principal/Senior Principal Systems Engineer

Job Description

Perform systems engineering, integration, verification, and validation across the system lifecycle, translating customer and product requirements into solutions while maintaining and developing operational procedures. Lead engineering for a reusable software product line by defining requirements, maintaining traceability and interface documents, and creating use-case and workflow models in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience is required for the Principal level, or 8 years for the Senior Principal level; lower experience thresholds apply with a master's or PhD. Candidates need ground systems, systems integration, or software engineering experience; knowledge of requirements engineering, verification and validation, and MBSE; customer and subcontractor experience; strong communication and interface-documentation skills; and an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo a polygraph.
