Job Description

Define the technical vision and lead architecture for transforming the CARE agent experience into an agentic model, including scalable workflows and next-generation CRM integration. Guide cross-team technical decisions, establish reusable engineering patterns, manage architectural risks, and align engineering work with business goals while mentoring senior engineers.

Requirements: Candidates need either a bachelor's degree in a relevant computing field and at least five years of software engineering experience, or seven years of relevant experience without the degree requirement. The role calls for expertise in scalable cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, real-time processing, AI/ML integration, CI/CD, testing, observability, and cross-functional technical leadership; a relevant master's degree and accessibility knowledge are preferred.
