Principal Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description

Define and lead embedded software architecture, platform development, and engineering standards for fire detection products, while driving quality, reliability, cybersecurity, and maintainability. Provide technical leadership through reviews, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, technology evaluation, and hands-on support for critical development and troubleshooting.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least eight years of experience with embedded architectures, RTOS, and Embedded Linux, and expert proficiency in C and C++. Candidates should have technical leadership experience, knowledge of embedded hardware interfaces and communication protocols, Git experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience in Agile environments.
