Software Engineer, Embedded Systems

Job Description

Develop rigorous evaluations and training data from complex embedded-systems engineering challenges to improve Meta's AI coding models. Collaborate across teams to build and optimize platforms, guide technical initiatives, review code, and address system performance, scalability, and technical debt.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience, plus at least eight years of embedded software engineering experience with C or C++ on resource-constrained systems. Candidates need experience across embedded platforms, drivers or hardware abstraction layers, system-health monitoring, automated embedded testing, and debugging with hardware and software tools.
