AI Development & Agent Ops-Software Engineer 2

Job Description

Build and operate the agentic development platform, including CI/CD integrations, quality gates, orchestration, MCP integrations, and enterprise agent lifecycle processes. Develop shared services and developer tools, establish knowledge base standards, and improve automation, testing, observability, reliability, and developer experience.

Requirements: Requires at least three years of software engineering experience, familiarity with modern software development practices and the AI agent landscape, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete deliverables. Candidates should communicate clearly and collaborate across engineering, product, security, and infrastructure; experience with agentic tools, MCP, enterprise AI governance, platform engineering, or developer productivity measurement is desirable.
