Software Developer - AI & Automation

Job Description

Build, deploy, and maintain business applications, dashboards, automation tools, and AI solutions, including RAG applications, internal assistants, and AI agents. Integrate applications with business systems and data, collaborate with IT on hosting and locally run models, and support security, performance, troubleshooting, documentation, and usability improvements.

Requirements: Requires at least two years of professional software development experience, strong Python skills, working knowledge of SQL and database design, and experience building and deploying web applications and APIs. Candidates should have hands-on AI application experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agents, and locally run open-weight models, along with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
