Software Engineer II - Remote Assistance

Job Description

Build and maintain full-stack web applications, backend services, and APIs that support remote assistance operators and integrate vehicle data with operational workflows. Design, test, deploy, monitor, and support production features while collaborating with product, design, engineering, and operations teams.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and at least three years of software engineering experience building production web applications and backend services are required. Candidates should be proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, a modern frontend framework such as React, and at least one backend language, with strong software design, data structures, algorithms, testing, and debugging foundations.
