Warehouse Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Design and implement customer onboarding initiatives and continuous improvement projects to optimize warehouse and distribution operations. Analyze operational data, improve WMS use and workflows, develop facility layouts, and collaborate with operations, IT, customers, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related field and at least three years of relevant warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience are required. Candidates should have strong WMS knowledge, proficiency with SQL and Power BI, project management and process improvement experience, and the ability to travel throughout the Northeast as needed; AutoCAD experience is preferred.
