Senior Platform Software Engineer

Job Description

Own and evolve a platform component for Agentic Service Engineering, making architecture decisions and delivering reusable capabilities for service context, workflows, agent orchestration, evaluation, and production safety. Debug and improve software reliability, performance, APIs, and security while collaborating with service teams and supporting customer issue resolution.

Requirements: The role calls for independent software design and development, working knowledge of software architecture, and experience debugging moderately complex issues, implementing APIs, and optimizing scalable systems. It also requires sound development practices, secure coding, testing and observability, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to manage work and guide others.
