Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead engineering work from idea generation and prototyping through validation, product development, and launch, while researching technologies and forecasting market trends. Serve as technical lead for projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and present technical recommendations to executives and customers.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with a master's degree preferred, along with 10 or more years of relevant industrial machine design or product development experience. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and 3D CAD capabilities, experience with finite element analysis, and the communication, technical leadership, and project management skills to guide cross-functional teams.
