Software Engineering Lead - Level 3 or 4

Job Description

Lead a team of 2–4 software engineers while contributing hands-on to modern C++ development, software architecture, detailed design, and CI/CD development and maintenance. Oversee software design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, and debugging; solve complex software problems and collaborate with technical and program leaders to set the team's technical direction.

Requirements: Requires an active, in-scope U.S. Government Secret clearance at application and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, along with C++ and Linux experience and proficiency in cloud computing technologies. The Level 3 role requires 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 3 with a master's, or 1 with a PhD; the Level 4 role requires 8, 6, or 4 years respectively. A STEM degree is preferred, and experience with CI/CD tools, Python, software cyber compliance, and object-oriented design is also relevant.
