Job Description

Design and mature mechanical systems and support equipment for the SLCM-N program, contributing to conceptual and preliminary designs, trade studies, system engineering, and technical data packages. Coordinate with suppliers and internal and external stakeholders to manage design changes, configuration, risks, and the transition of advanced concepts into programs of record.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related STEM field and at least 2 years of relevant experience for Engineer level or 5 years for Principal Engineer level are required. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an active, current Secret clearance and must be able to obtain and maintain SAP approval; experience in electrical design and analysis, MBSE, specification ownership, and Siemens NX or equivalent is also required.
