Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, deploy, and support secure, scalable cloud-native services and integrations for REI’s Membership Platform. Lead complex cross-team technical delivery, improve platform reliability and operations, mentor engineers, and develop responsible AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of progressively complex software engineering experience, including experience with APIs, integrations, distributed or event-driven applications, and cloud environments such as AWS. Candidates should understand architecture, scalability, resiliency, performance, and security, and be experienced with cross-functional collaboration, modern engineering practices, and AI-assisted development tools.
