Software Engineer, Internal Tools

Job Description

Build AI agents, workflows, and internal tools that help non-engineering teams scale operations, and evaluate whether to buy or build third-party solutions. Develop internal API, authentication, and MCP patterns; support the self-service deployment platform; scale customer experience systems; and partner with teams across operations, legal, finance, and customer experience to identify needs.

Requirements: Applicants need at least two years of full-stack software engineering experience and a track record of building and supporting internal tools or systems that improve engineering or business operations. They should be eager to learn and share agentic coding practices and comfortable in an early-stage environment; experience with agent frameworks, evaluation or observability tools, support systems, CRM, or workflow automation is a plus.
