Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, conduct time and labor studies, and improve production workflows, material flow, and facility layouts. Support automation and expansion projects, resolve production issues, maintain manufacturing standards, train production teams, and measure operational performance.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field and at least five years of industrial engineering or Lean Manufacturing experience. Candidates should have expertise in continuous improvement, time studies, labor analysis, facility planning, material flow, manufacturing processes, and automation support; automotive, CAD, high-volume production, and relevant certifications are preferred.
