Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead complex backend projects independently from technical design through launch, addressing architecture challenges and delivering scalable, performant services. Set a strong example in code reviews and documentation, resolve high-risk bugs, collaborate across engineering teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of backend application development experience and senior-level experience in a prominent programming language, with the ability to develop in Java. Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree, cloud and database experience, distributed-systems expertise, practical agile knowledge, and experience mentoring engineers and influencing decisions.
