Lead Software Engineer - Remote

Job Description

Lead end-to-end software engineering, balancing team mentorship with architecture, design, prototyping, and proof-of-concept work. Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to establish development standards, use approved AI tools to improve productivity, support Agile delivery, and drive performance, security, quality, and production issue resolution.

Requirements: Requires an undergraduate degree or 15+ years of equivalent software engineering experience, 15+ years across the SDLC, and 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Redux, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and microservices. Also requires 3+ years with RESTful applications and APIs, 3+ years delivering software with Agile/Scrum, and daily use of enterprise-approved AI developer tools; a computer science degree and healthcare or pharmacy technology experience are preferred.
