Staff Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design, analyze, test, and document mechanical systems and integrations for radar systems, including thermal and structural analysis, manufacturing support, and verification testing. Lead technical work on complex projects, troubleshoot field issues, develop design improvements, and coordinate or mentor engineering teams.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with at least 8 years of experience, a master’s degree with at least 6 years, or a PhD with at least 4 years. Candidates should have extensive mechanical engineering expertise, CAD and simulation experience, and familiarity with manufacturing and testing; US person status and eligibility for classified information access are required.
