Senior Civil Engineer (8+ years)

Job Description

Manage multiple land development projects from entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and construction administration. Lead design teams, manage project budgets and schedules, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, professional engineer registration, and 8–12 years of professional land development experience; California registration is preferred. Candidates should have technical experience in hydrology and hydraulics, technical studies, mapping, civil construction documents, and earthwork calculations, along with AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency and strong communication and client relationship skills.
