Sr Lead Software Engineer - Data Engineering

Job Description

Design and build reusable, secure, scalable data platforms and frameworks for high-throughput real-time systems and large-scale batch processing. Lead technical delivery for a Scrum team, mentor engineers, establish data governance practices, and partner with business and technical teams to deliver trusted data solutions.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of applied software engineering experience, strong hands-on Java, Python, and Scala skills, and experience building platforms for real-time processing and large-scale Spark workloads. Candidates should have deep AWS and Databricks experience, production Snowflake experience, familiarity with Kafka and Cassandra, and practical Agile/Scrum and enterprise generative AI experience.
