Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design, development, testing, and operational support of secure, high-quality software solutions across an agile team. Promote responsible use of approved AI-assisted engineering tools, improve automation and application stability, and evaluate technical solutions with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements: Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least eight years of applied experience, including hands-on system design, development, testing, and operational stability work. Candidates need advanced Java skills, practical experience with Spring Boot and React.js, leadership in safe AI-assisted development, strong SDLC, agile, security, and resiliency knowledge, financial-services IT expertise, and cloud-native experience such as AWS.
