Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Partner with engineers, program managers, and domain specialists to architect and build full-stack applications and production-grade solutions that turn client data and processes into actionable workflows. Serve as the customer’s primary technical owner, decompose complex problems, and develop multi-stage technical roadmaps.

Requirements: Requires 6–10 years of experience, with hands-on technical leadership or architecture experience, and proficiency in Python or Java, TypeScript, and advanced SQL or data orchestration tools. Candidates should have hands-on experience with RAG, LLM fine-tuning, agentic frameworks, and cloud or on-premises deployment, along with strong communication skills and the ability to explain past solutions and AI-generated code refactoring.
