Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Architect and build goal-oriented multi-agent systems that integrate language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, external APIs, tools, and memory. Lead testing, debugging, evaluation, and regression testing, and implement guardrails and approval gates to control autonomous actions.

Requirements: Requires 5–8 years of experience in a technical lead role, strong programming skills with Python required, and familiarity with Go and AI frameworks such as MCP and LangChain. Candidates should be proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud AI services, and have experience building and testing multi-agent systems.
