Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Architect and build goal-oriented multi-agent systems that integrate language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and external tools and APIs. Develop reusable workflows, memory and control mechanisms, and testing, tracing, evaluation, regression, and safety guardrails for agent systems.

Requirements: Requires 5–8 years of experience in a technical lead role, strong programming skills with Python required, and familiarity with Go and AI frameworks such as MCP and LangChain. Candidates should be proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud AI services.
