Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Architect and build goal-oriented multi-agent systems that integrate language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, external APIs, and tools. Develop reusable workflows and memory systems, tune agent control loops, and lead testing, debugging, evaluation, tracing, regression testing, and safety guardrails.

Requirements: Requires 5–8 years of experience in a technical lead role, strong programming skills with Python required, and familiarity with Go and AI frameworks such as MCP and LangChain. Candidates should be proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud AI services.
