Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable native iOS applications, integrating backend services and third-party solutions while optimizing performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to code reviews and CI/CD practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior developers supporting Retail Banking applications.

Requirements: The role requires 6 to 8 years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise-grade iOS applications, with skills in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Xcode, mobile architecture, and API integration. Retail Banking experience—particularly in digital banking, payments, account management, and customer onboarding—is highly preferred, along with testing, mobile security, accessibility, and Agile practices.
