Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead technical consulting and discovery with enterprise clients, translating business needs and constraints into robust architectures and sustainable solutions. Collaborate directly with customer engineering teams to deliver iterative implementations, establish best practices, and communicate technical decisions and trade-offs.

Requirements: Requires hands-on GCP experience and at least five years working directly with enterprise clients, including leading technical discovery and co-development. Candidates should have practical expertise in agent frameworks and protocols, RAG and vector data solutions, security guardrails, and observability for agentic systems.
