Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, build, and maintain resilient Java and Spring Boot microservices and production-grade Kubernetes Ingress configurations for high-availability payment services. Secure and troubleshoot traffic routing, manage TLS certificates, integrate Kafka messaging, and support CI/CD and GitOps deployments while meeting financial-grade performance and resiliency standards.

Requirements: Requires 8–12 years of core engineering experience, strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot development, and practical production experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes Ingress controllers and traffic routing. Candidates should also have experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker and Kubernetes, Kafka or equivalent messaging, CI/CD and Argo CD, and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
