Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, and build event-driven solutions with Kafka and MongoDB. Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and code quality while troubleshooting production issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams on architecture, reviews, and deployment.

Requirements: Requires seven years of experience developing and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. Must have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, Apache Kafka, and MongoDB, including data modeling and query optimization.
