Principal Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the AI and data transformation strategy for a CBRE Advisory business unit, architecting and evolving complex software and data platforms while ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence. Set technical direction, guide teams and resource allocation, resolve critical production issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and partners to deliver strategic outcomes.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree is preferred, with 10–15 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered. Candidates should have at least six years of software or data engineering, full-stack enterprise development, modern frameworks, relational databases, and RESTful API or microservices experience, plus at least two years architecting AI/ML-powered platforms and strong technical leadership and analytical skills.
