Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems, while contributing to technical and architectural decisions. Ensure performance, reliability, and security; review code, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least seven years of software development experience. Candidates should have strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, backend and database experience, familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
