Job Description

Troubleshoot, resolve, and maintain IT services in a large-scale on-premises or public cloud environment. Manage production workloads in AWS and use Splunk queries to build alerts and dashboards.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise, along with knowledge of large-scale technology environments, observability and monitoring, AWS production services, Splunk, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow. Preferred qualifications include programming or automation scripting, Terraform, and Java experience.
