Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise workflow and case-management solutions using Pega Infinity, Constellation, and related capabilities. Apply GenAI and AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and improve quality, while contributing to technical design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and application lifecycle processes.

Requirements: Requires at least 7 years of hands-on Pega application development, experience with Pega Infinity 25.x/26 and Constellation, and strong knowledge of case management, integrations, business rules, security, reporting, SLAs, and DevOps. A current Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification is required; Pega Certified Lead System Architect certification and hands-on Pega GenAI implementation experience are preferred.
