Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Architect and build goal-oriented multi-agent systems that integrate language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and external tools and APIs. Own workflow components, memory and control loops, testing and debugging, tracing and evaluation, and guardrails that prevent unsafe autonomous actions.

Requirements: Requires 5–8 years of experience in a technical lead role, strong programming skills with Python required, and exposure to AI frameworks such as MCP and LangChain. Candidates should also be proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud AI services.
