Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise workflow and case-management solutions using Pega Infinity, Constellation, and related capabilities. Apply GenAI and AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery, improve quality, modernize engineering processes, and support technical design and code reviews.

Requirements: Requires at least 7 years of hands-on Pega development experience, strong knowledge of Pega Infinity and Constellation, and experience with integrations, DevOps, application architecture, and performance practices. A current Pega Certified Senior System Architect certification is required; Pega Certified Lead System Architect certification and hands-on Pega GenAI implementation experience are preferred.
