Staff Software Engineer

Job Description

Define architecture and engineering standards, and deliver solutions end to end across Node.js services, AI and agent workflows, and enterprise integrations. Lead builds while owning quality and reliability, helping agents reason and take actions to deliver outcomes at scale.

Requirements: Requires strong production experience building distributed systems or backend platforms, along with proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, observability, and PostgreSQL. Candidates should have experience with vector databases, agentic workflow orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation, plus an ownership mindset and hands-on use of AI tools.
