Lead Software Engineer - Frontend

Job Description

Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of the SaaS product’s frontend, collaborating with designers and backend developers to deliver a seamless, accessible, and reliable user experience. Troubleshoot and test software, integrate open-source solutions, review external contractors’ code, stay current with frontend technologies, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and at least five years of frontend development experience, with strong skills in modern frameworks such as React and Next.js, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript. Candidates should have experience designing scalable frontend solutions, testing and debugging, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and leadership and mentoring skills; AWS, CI/CD, enterprise authentication, microservices, and customer interaction experience are preferred.
