Staff Software Engineer – Engineering Systems, Continuous Integration Team

Job Description

Own the technical direction, architecture, and roadmap for Snowflake’s large-scale CI platform, delivering elastic, performant, and fault-tolerant services across cloud providers. Set engineering standards, resolve systemic platform challenges, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to improve developer productivity.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of experience designing and building distributed systems at scale, a record of technical leadership, and deep experience with enterprise CI infrastructure for cloud-based systems. Candidates should have strong computer science and systems design fundamentals, fluency in Java, C++, Python, or Go, and the ability to set strategy, mentor engineers, and communicate technical tradeoffs.
