Lead Software Engineer BaaS Team

Job Description

Lead the design and development of APIs and microservices for BaaS onboarding and partner integration, while collaborating with product, architecture, and engineering teams. Guide technical strategy and engineering practices, improve reliability through monitoring and incident response, and evolve the platform through refactoring and technology evaluation.

Requirements: Requires at least seven years of software engineering experience, including two years in technical leadership, with strong C#/.NET and Azure experience. Candidates should also have expertise in API and microservice architectures, observability, DevOps, Agile practices, and security standards such as PCI DSS and SOC 2; fintech or embedded finance experience is preferred.
