Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Forecast market and technology trends, research emerging technologies, and lead engineering from idea generation and prototyping through validation, product development, and launch. Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business development, executives, and customers to develop practical innovations and support new market opportunities.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience in industrial machine design or product development; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and 3D CAD skills, experience with finite element analysis, and the ability to lead projects and communicate effectively; polymer science, hot runners, mold design, and injection molding are preferred.
