Software Engineer, Product

Job Description

Build and maintain software across Rainmaker’s operational platform, internal tools, data products, and customer-facing products, from initial prototypes through production. Work with operators, scientists, engineers, and business teams to identify problems, improve workflows, make operational and scientific data useful, and strengthen shared software components and technical patterns.

Requirements: The candidate should have owned software from an ambiguous problem through a maintained production product and be strong in React and TypeScript, with the ability to work across a Python or Node backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure. They should bring sound product judgment, experience building software for complex or data-intensive workflows, and the ability to collaborate with users and communicate clearly across disciplines.
