Senior Front End Software Engineer, React

Job Description

Own front-end decisions for a team of more than 30 engineers and develop React-based tools and capabilities for Lattice OS, including command and control, missile defense mission planning, networking, and remote asset management. Collaborate with customers, designers, and engineering teams to build, test, deploy, and demonstrate mission-critical software, while developing reusable components and traveling to customer events and deployments.

Requirements: Candidates need a strong engineering background, proficiency in React and TypeScript, and experience building real-time interfaces with reactive programming libraries. They should be able to understand complex systems, translate user needs into features, and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance; military-facing interface experience and familiarity with military systems are preferred.
