Software Engineer - Sustaining Engineering

Job Description

Investigate customer-reported software issues by analyzing logs, reproducing defects, identifying root causes, documenting findings, and communicating progress to customers and internal stakeholders. Fix software defects and performance issues, write and run unit tests, participate in code reviews and Agile activities, and collaborate with support teams and senior engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent education and experience, along with knowledge of at least three and mastery of at least two listed programming languages and database technologies. Candidates should have experience with .NET, object-oriented software development, development IDEs, Azure, troubleshooting and customer support, Python and Flask, Azure DevOps and Jira; CRM and network protocol experience are also listed.
