Senior Thermo-Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Design, model, and analyze heat exchangers, piping, manifolds, and mechanical interfaces, addressing thermal performance, structural integrity, pressure loads, and system integration. Support manufacturing and hardware validation, define operating limits, investigate failures, and implement design improvements in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, nuclear engineering, or a related physics-based field, plus at least five years of mechanical or thermal engineering experience. Candidates should have mechanical CAD and analysis experience, knowledge of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, structural mechanics, materials, and pressure-containing piping; advanced degrees and high-temperature system, FEA/CFD, ASME, and testing experience are preferred.
