Indsutrial Engineer

Job Description

Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows, facility layouts, labor utilization, and production systems to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve material flow. Lead operational improvement projects, conduct time and capacity studies, develop process documentation, and collaborate with production, planning, engineering, and suppliers.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related field is required, along with experience in manufacturing operations, facility layouts, workflow optimization, labor studies, capacity planning, and work cell design. Candidates should be proficient with SolidWorks or similar layout software and have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, line balancing, and production data analysis; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
