Embedded Software Engineer 2

Job Description

Design, develop, test, and maintain graphics software for Garmin avionics products, using C and graphics APIs such as OpenGL and Vulkan on multithreaded platforms. Analyze and resolve technical issues, contribute to technology research and code reviews, estimate development effort, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is generally expected. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency developing moderately complex software and be proficient with software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, debuggers, emulators, simulators, and logic analyzers.
